2 Timothy 3:14–17 (ESV) — 14 “But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it 15 and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”

We are continuing our emphasis entitled, “On Mission Together”. Last Sunday, we learned that our mission can only be accomplished through God’s strength. Our study this morning is on the objective God has given us. We are to equip each other with biblical teaching. The Bible is supernaturally inspired by God and is our source for teaching, reproof, correction and training.

Camano Chapel is a Bible believing church. Our authority does not come from any best-selling book, cultural trends or institution. Only God’s Word is our source of truth.

We are truly on mission together, to teach people from the cradle to the grave through biblical teaching.

This morning, take some time before church, to pray for our church family’s children, youth and adults. Pray that our Sunday school classes, pastoral sermon and interaction with one another will equip and encourage people toward love and good works.

“Father God, In this dark world, Your Word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path. Please help me to rely solely on the Bible as my source of truth. Give me the hunger to read your word daily in order to be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Also, as I grow through Your Word, help me to pass along what I have learned to others in my church family and community. In Jesus name, Amen.”
