| | | Jon Rice Ministry Director
As implementing leader, Jon is attentive to how God blesses a team approach to ministry (Romans 12:4-8). As a staff ministry team we daily seek to understand Gods leading, fulfill our mission and align our programs and schedules in such a way as to facilitate spiritual growth and maturity. As a fellowship of learners, followers and sharers of Jesus Christ, it is our desire to draw willing, capable and passionate people into leadership, service and personal growth ministry opportunities. Implementation ministries also include the coordination of finances, staffing and facilities. | |

We disire, with prayerful dependence on God and in an atmosphere of love, to reach lost women, build them up in their faith, train them for ministry and send them out to reach others. |

The Children's Ministries of Camano Chapel want to provide a place for children to feel secure, loved and encouraged in their Christian walk. We desire to support, guide, and lead them in Christ-like love by providing experiences that will lead them toward a spiritually healthy adult life. |
| Matt Lee Director of Grade 4 - 8 Ministries
The 4-8th grade ministry team is seeking to help students walk in the strength and boldness of King David. The idea is that the students will have a solid foundation of Christ in the lives, and that they would be students chasing after Gods own heart. This will be achieved through our four purposes of Reach, Build, Train, and Send. We will accomplish these four purposes through such activities such as Sunday school, EYP, Cell groups, AWANA JV, Lighthouse home school coop, monthly activities, and camps. My prayer is like that of Elishas in 2 Kings 6, Lord I pray that you would open the eyes of the 4-8th grade students that they may see you and know that you are ever-present in there lives. |
| Brett Reid Director of Grade 9 - 12 Ministries
We seek to make a difference in kids lives for Christ. Our Senior High team is excited to Reach, Build, Train, and Send the Senior High youth through Chapel Cafe, Cell groups, AWANA Varsity, Once-a-month activities, Senior High Camp, Lighthouse Home School Coop, and Sunday School B.R.U.N.C.H. Our passion for youth stems from the scripture where God commands us to tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done. Psalm 78:4 and to train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6 |
| Glen Nash Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Protection and care of God's resources for ministry, as well as public image, are basic to the practice of biblical stewardship. Our level of maintenance and housekeeping cannot fail to effect the mission of the church. Good stewardship of time and resources is my goal, assisting Camano Chapel to fulfill it's mission is the result. |
